Do I need a credit card?
No. You start with 14 days of Pro without a card. Afterwards you land on the free plan automatically — no paywall, no subscription trick.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly. After cancelling, your content stays accessible on the free plan and remains fully exportable at any time.
What counts as a “document page”?
One page of an uploaded document (e.g. a PDF) that Memexa reads and makes searchable. Notes don't count against it — they're generous on every plan.
Why does Memexa cost money when I already pay for an AI?
You're not paying for a second AI. Memexa uses the models you already have and adds the memory: storage, graph, search, document pipeline, EU hosting. One price, no AI surcharges.
What happens to my data if I leave?
One click, one ZIP: all notes as Markdown, complete. Then you can delete your account — your content is deleted; details in the privacy policy.
